So long, farewell, auf Wiedershehen, goodbye

Thursday: Y-day - 2

Tomorrow I'll go watch Gravity, the movie with the best reviews I can remember seeing, with my highly valued colleagues of the Formal Methods and Tools group. Anyway, tomorrow Floris has pressing business at the Dondersteen, our local (wonderful!) games shop - said business consisting of taking part in the weekly Magic tournament. So this was the chosen night to go to town with the family and have a farewell dinner (kind of).

Kami Sushi is doing really well, with enough reservations on a Thursday night to force us to take refuge to the back - where we were soon enough joined by lots of other Japanese-loving Hengeloers. I wouldn't say it's cheap, but you get a wide selection of nice flavours, and the service is superb.

Afterwards I went to buy the cheapest doubter-size bed sheets I could find (Zeeman), then home to get some useful software installed on the new toy I got for my sabbatical, the shiny new laptop on which I'm currently typing this. Do you notice the difference?

  3. Difference? Yep, you don't have autocorrect German on your new laptoppcthingie. Hope you packed the ctrl-alt-del key and enough RAM for all coming updates.
